Both offices are close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets, so there’s somewhere to go if you want to enjoy lunch with colleagues or need to buy some essentials! We’re well connected by public transport making it easy to reach us by train, bus or bicycle.
Welcoming environment
Our offices are modern and open plan with plenty of meeting rooms, breakout areas and individual pod rooms. Well equipped kitchen facilities make it easy for you to store and cook your own food, and there's as much water, tea and ground coffee as you can drink!
Work freedom
We have always had a flexible approach to work. Our hybrid working policy gives all employees more choice and flexibility over working hours, and enables regular working from home.



Social events
At GÉANT one of our values is community so social events are really important to us. Taking time to connect face to face with colleagues regularly is essential, and as such we get together for an afternoon social in both offices at the end of each week.
What to wear
We want you to feel comfortable at work so we don’t insist on any particular dress code. Of course, if you’re meeting candidates or attending external meetings and events we expect you to dress in a manner that is appropriate for the occasion.
Learning and development
We invest heavily in training and personal development and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to attend courses, conferences, and other development events. We also support study for role related qualifications such as CIPD, CIMA, and ACCA.
