Offices in Cambridge and Amsterdam
Both of our offices are close to restaurants, sandwich shops and supermarkets, so there’s always somewhere to go if you want to enjoy lunch with colleagues or just need to buy some essentials! We’re also well connected by public transport making it easy to reach us by train, bus or bicycle.
Welcoming environment
Our offices are bright, modern and open plan with plenty of meeting rooms, breakout areas and individual pod rooms for you to use. Our excellent kitchen facilities make it easy for you to store and cook your own food and of course we offer as much water, tea and freshly ground coffee as you can drink!
Work freedom
We’ve always had a flexible approach to work but we’ve now introduced a hybrid working policy, giving all our employees more choice and flexibility over working hours and enabling regular working from home.
Social events
At GÉANT one of our values is community so social events are really important to us. With most employees working on a hybrid basis, taking time to connect face to face with colleagues regularly is essential. We get together for an afternoon social in both offices at the end of each week.
What to wear
We want you to feel comfortable at work so we don’t insist on any particular dress code. Of course, if you’re meeting candidates or attending external meetings and events we expect you to dress in a manner that is appropriate for the occasion.
Your development
We invest heavily in training and personal development and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to attend courses, conferences, and other development events. We also support study for role related qualifications such as CIPD, CIMA, and ACCA.
